Welcome to splash 'N' dash Laundromat, a wash-dry-fold laundry service. We are pleased to offer you, the door-to-door laundry service. All Services are provided subject to the customers acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

splash 'N' dash Laundromat SERVICES AGREEMENT

splash 'N' dash Laundromat (hereinafter "Company") services are provided subject to your (hereinafter "Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. As a condition to using any of splash 'N' dash Laundromat services, and for the mutual benefit of both splash 'N' dash Laundromat and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES:

splash 'N' dash Laundromat will provide scheduled pick ups during the Term of this Agreement. splash 'N' dash Laundromat is under no obligation to provide any services to Customer that are not fully paid for by Customer in advance. Customer's responsibility to either deliver the Laundry to a splash 'N' dash Laundromat agent upon pick-up or have ready at agreed upon day, time, and location. splash 'N' dash Laundromat reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.

Missed/Unattended Delivery or Pick Up:

splash 'N' dash laundromat Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up or drop-off if left by Customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her clothing is in the possession of a splash 'N' dash Laundromat Pickup & Delivery Service's employee and initialing the pickup and delivery sheets.

Payment:

We accept card payments or cash. Payment is due at time of pick-up for Pick up & drop services.

Inventory Sheets:

Inventory sheets for each pick-up will be available at the time of pickup. Customer hereby states that all information provided on the inventory sheet is accurate. splash 'N' dash Laundromat Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for any items not listed on the inventory sheets. Customer agrees to complete inventory sheets for all items given to splash 'N' dash Laundromat Pickup & Delivery Person. If any items are left without an inventory sheet, splash 'N' dash Laundromat Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to complete one, based on the items handed over to the person, without notice to the customer. Customer consents to such changes. splash 'N' dash Laundromat Pickup & Delivery Service does not consent to the accuracy of any inventory sheet filled in by Customer.

Garment Care and Missing or Damaged Goods:

splash 'N' dash Laundromat will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. splash 'N' dash Laundromat accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. splash 'N' dash Laundromat accepts no liability for "special care" items that require special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. splash 'N' dash Laundromat is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing that results from normal wash. splash 'N' dash Laundromat reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. splash 'N' dash Laundromat does not guarantee removal of all stains. splash 'N' dash Laundromat Service will have its cleaning service re-clean items that were not properly cleaned and not yet worn since they have been cleaned. splash 'N' dash Laundromat is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags. splash 'N' dash Laundromat is not liable for damage to or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers, if splash 'N' dash Laundromat at its sole discretion desires to, splash 'N' dash Laundromat Service may compensate Customer for lost or damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by splash 'N' dash Laundromat . Customer must notify splash 'N' dash Laundromat within 48 hours of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

It is the responsibilty of the customer to seperate white and colour losing clothes before handing over for washing, as splash 'N' dash Laundromat do all kinds of washing in Washing machines, splash 'N' dash Laundromat will not be liable for colour spreading to other garments if the customer mix colour losing clothes with others and handover to us for washing. We always recommend to wash WHITE clothes seperately.

Startching of clothes, if needed should be informed as additional service at the time of pick up and should be mentioned in the inventory sheets.

Service Providers/Disclaimer of Certain Liabilities:

Prices may change without notice but this will not affect orders which have already been accepted.

Entire Agreement/Choice of Law:

This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state in which it operates.
